Skin bump that has grown

Hi,
I had this skin bump on my scalp for a few years but I recently noticed it has grown substantially. It does not crust or bleed.
What could this be? cancer?

I dont think its cancer. It looks like a cyst and they are quite common on the scalp. They can be removed quite easily with a local anaesthetic. Ask your doctor. If you are in UK you may be lucky to get this removed but often they are considered cosmetic and you might have to find a private dermatologist to do it.
If you are not in UK you need a dermatologist
