Skin/bumps coming out of my vagina opening? HELP

I went to Urgent Care today because I've been irritated. Slight itching, uncomfortable/raw feeling and very very red. I dont have any off discharge or smell, so they just gave me a steroid and an antifungal pill to take for the next 5 days. I took a photo to monitor the redness Ive been having and saw this access skin coming out of my vagina. Is this normal? Ive been seeing a lot of mixed feedback and now I'm panicking. image

    UPDATE for anyone who sees this, my PCP said the 'growth' is normal vaginal tissue! As for my other symptoms, I had a fungal infection from being on antibiotics for strep throat. I was prescribed Metronidazole 500mg, Diflucan 150mg and Nystatin 100,000gm (topical cream) !!
