Skin Changes, Pictures***

Hi Everyone,
Im wondering if you can help with some guidance. I just came across the site and wanted some second opinions regarding skin changes that are more recent as well as have occured over last few months. I wanted to know if there's a cause for concern.
I've posted a few pics below and circled the areas that are concerning me. Ill elaborate a bit on them. Just wanted to know if this is all normal and something that happens over time or if there's some underlying issue.
Pic #1 : The "fat pad" has been having some white skin spots on them. To me they seem like pigmentation. Theyre not itchy or flakey. Theyre just there.
Pic #2 : White spots on the base of the penis. Not itchy or flakey. Theyre not even bumps. Seems/feels like theyre beneat the skin almost. No rough texture or any texture at all.
Pic #3: Black tiny spots appeared more recently. Looks as if theyre sun spots. Not rough, not flakey, no itchy or anything. Just there. Feels like the tiniest bump almost.
Pic #4 Zits/pimple on testicle. I think this is a result of frequent shaving the area down there. The zits are far and few in between but just wanted to make sure all is well. Not like theyre growing in numbers.
With all the above there's been no pain, itchiness, burn, sensation or anything. Just skin changes.

Can you take closeups of the scrotal white spots shown in picture 4? Could either be sebaceous cysts or molluscum contagiosum.
The dark spots in pictures 3 and 3a could simply be post-inflammatory pigmentation; i.e. mild folliculitis that's resolved but melanocytes have responded by laying down melanin.
Thanks,
Adhari

Let me know if theyre clear enough.
They're not clustered as you can see and look like zits/pimples.
Not sure if from shaving or not

Thanks for posting the closeup photos Michael.
The scrotal lesions look suspiciously like molluscum (Google), but you'd need to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. Shaving increases the risk of it spreading as it's a viral skin infection, so I would suggest you clip the pubic hair instead until the diagnosis is verified. Treatment choices range from NO TREATMENT (yes!) to application of caustic chemicals to cryotherapy. Given current circumstances, there is no urgency. If it's confirmed as molluscum, you (and your partner) should get screened for other STDs.
Rgds,
Adhari.
