Skin colored bumps on my nose

Hello,

Two months ago I saw three skin coloured small bumps on my nose. Could you please help me to identify them? Last month I washed them everyday for one week but they didn't go. They might seem red in the photos, because today I washed them hardly with soap. Normally they are skin coloured. Not growing. I am 35 years old. The one over my nose is slightly larger than the others; 1-2mm. Small ones are 1mm.

    the bumps could be due to hair follicles in nose pores clogging the skin, with the corresponding sebaceous glands producing excess oils and causing dead skin cells to get trapped. Products containing salicylic acid can help unclog pores when used as a part of your daily skincare routine
