Skin colored bumps on the back of tongue??? Pictures Included

Skin colored bumps on the back of tongue, I have no idea what it is! Does not bother me but I noticed them today. What are they?

    I think it might be fungiform papillae. Because ever since I have been younger I always have felt something in the back of my throat as if something was stuck but never has been, and I got it checked by the doc. but said nothings there and that is one of the symptoms as if you feel something in the back of your throat.

    Could be oral thrush, which isn't a big problem, and is normally quite easy to fix.

      Yes they could, and those white spots also look like oral thrush.  I'd see a GP or dentist if I were you though.  If you could update this thread and tell us what a doctor or dentist says, it would be appreciated.  Good luck.

    No idea.  Ask your dentist?  I have a white lump in my inside cheek.  No idea how it arrived or what it is.  Dentist says it looks ok. Wait and see, if it does not trouble me.
