Skin-colored/white spot on the shaft after rough sex. Help

TLDR: Had sex with a girl using condom. Too much friction even when my penis wasn't fully erect and lots of b*****b/handjob. After she leaved, mid-region of the shaft was little read and causing little pain. Next day it was fine and became a spot/bump like the pics.

Complete story: Three weeks ago i had sex with a girl using a condom. The rough sex part was because i did spent too much time on her and even maybe forced my penis inside when he wasn't fully erect. A lot of b******b and hand job was part of that too. It was a lot of friction, i guess. After she leaved, i was taking a shower and noticed mid-region of the shaft a little red and causing little pain too. At the end of the night it was fine and the next day it appeared like a little bump/spot. There's no pain or something different on the penis besides that. I'm active and had my share of girls. My three wild guesses having using a condom are: HPV, Genital Herpes or Syphilis. But i don't think it could be any one them, because it doesn't look like a wart/big bump/multiple spots.

So, soft guesses would be: A scar? A Cyst? A Fordyce Spot Scar? (It's that possible?) From my research, i didn't found someone having the exact same spot like mine. I'm thinking to have a appointment with my Urologist, but i'm pretty sure he will look and say it's not a problem because there is no pain and multiple spots.

Yes your guess of the Fordyce Spot Scar is the most likely explanation if there was a great deal of friction going on. I would have thought that may have faded by now - sometimes you can get pigmentation change however, and often they just remain that way.

Did you receive oral with the condom in place, or with no condom? There is a slight possibility of Herpes if she is a carrier if you received oral with no condom in place - should this be the case, you need to be aware that the majority of the population are carriers of some form of herpes anyway and that this is a risk all sexually active people have and has nothing to do with the character of your partner at the time.

If you think you were at risk of any other STD / STI's at the time, go and get tested - if you feel the need to get checked with a Urologist then do, particularly if symptoms worsen or you get additional symptoms.

      Thanks for the reply, Wee_Dugie.

Yes, i was waiting for the fading part to happen. Maybe it will in more time or maybe not..

Yes, the oral part was without a condom.

Here's what i don't understand: if the spot was caused from my wild guesses: HPV, Genital Herpes, Syphilis(Chlamydia, Gonorrhea being other examples because of the oral without condom) there shouldn't be a incubation process to only be noticed on the next day? I noticed the redness and little pain right after the sex when i was having a shower. That's why i was thinking "Too much friction on sex/oral/handjobs".

Other thing that i forgot to say it's that i did have a flu after three weeks. But i was not thinking it could be related, because it's seasonal change here and three of my coworkers had a flu before me.

I will get tested for sure. But the tests here only cover "HIV/Syphilis/Hepatitis B and C".

I'm discarding HPV and Genital Herpes(HSV 2), because they are so common on sexually active people and maybe i already have them from some time.

I hope my Urologist give me a answer for me or appoint me to a Dermatologist who will identify and say "Buddy, looks normal to me"

I think the way you have thought about all of this is the logical way to see it. Visit the Specialist to make sure you are on the right track too, is the way to go ....

From the time i started being sexually active and read nightmare stuff about STD / STI, i've keep an eye from any changes. Apart from this tiny spot from the rough session, there is nothing different.

That you were told I was a friend I have exactly the same thing and it was after rough sex.
