Ive got lots if tiny raised bumps on the back of my hands. Ive had them for a while, cant really remember how long, but I seem to be getting more of them.
They are on both hands but my left is worse.
Has anyone got any ideas? They arent itchy or red but are always there, though sometimes seem more noticeable.

They are called Milia and are extremely common on the backs of hands. They are not dangerous or infectious and its best to just ignore them.
