Hi everyone I have very sore hands which constantly are lying open with cuts and broken skin no matter how much I mediate or moisturise them....any ideas? Might it be a food allergy, or an allergy in general...any experience from anyone would be great! Thank you.

Looks like eczema. Possibly started due to constantly having your hands in water...washing up maybe? can you wear rubber gloves to keep your hands out of water? Try an oat based skin cream and use plenty at night. and then wear cotton gloves at night so that the cream stays in contact with your skin. I will PM you .
