Skin condition - Psoriasis/Fissures Infection?

Hi,

I have these bumps on the inside right cheek on my bum.

I'm currently dealing with Perianal Crohn's which has caused anal fissures and what my GP thinks might be Psoriasis (phone consultation).

There's a rash, bumpy and dry skin, and a bit of itching, and some swelling (some of those symptoms have improved recently).

But these bumps have persisted (as has some swelling lower down).

I was wondering if anyone has any idea as to what the bumps are and what's causing them?
