Skin crawling

Folks,
here is a strange one.
Since taking flu for 4 days I feel extremely itchy - like I have fleas!
Trying not to scratch as I have eczema and it could set it off.
Any ideas?

it is a very odd feeling. But if this is the worst then I am sure the up-side will be better.
Just waiting for the 1st couple of weeks to go and for the tabs to kick in.
Tryign to decide whether to tell the parents about the diagnosis????
Not sure. Hubby knows but not the parentiles. Hmmm!

Problem would be, she would ask every 20 mins if I was ok and not feeling a \"bit sad\". Then, if I did feel bad, would proceed to tell me how she had it so much worse and i had nothign to be depressed about etc etc.
Just can't face it.
Friends are being great.

There are a couple of great books that explain depression very well - I Had a Black Dog, and Living with a Black Dog - they are picture books which explain what depression is in a concise and also humourous way. One of my favourite is \"Socks have little to do with mental health\".
Take care.

I think my parents expect to hear that im suffering with depression to be honest!! I think they will be ok, but im just not looking forward to telling them! I think i will feel like a bit of a failure!
I will be seeing them later today anyway so will see how it goes! will let them do their exciting holiday news and pictures first coz i dont want them to feel guilty about showing me the pics! lol
take care all
