Skin Indents/Pressure Marks

I've had a lot of bizarre anxiety symptoms for the better part of the year. Now I'm noticing something that is not really in that realm but really freaking me out: these deep pressure indents from leaning on just about anything.

I pick them up on my hands, arms and legs from the slightest amount of pressure (laptop, clothes, chair, etc). And they take forever to go away. It's been a few weeks, and I'm so fixated on them and afraid. Of course I made the mistake of googling, which brought me to pitting edema. But I've had so many blood tests this year. And I don't feel or look visibly swollen.

Anyone else noticed this type of thing before? I started drinking plenty of water on the chance that it was minor dehydration. But I can't say that I've noticed an improvement.

Just so tired of "noticing" yet another thing about my body.

sounds like you may be over focusing on this.

do you have any heart, liver, or kidney issues? if not, you should be just fine.

get your yearly physical check up with your doctor and while you are there you can mention that.

    Take care
