Does anyone have any ideas possibly what this is, small patch of discoloured raised skin appeared on my right wrist the other day. Since then it's become itchy and a small area of it in a crescent moon shape has become slightly redder and a little but of it looks like one of those bubble blisters you get kind of when you have burned yourself.
