Skin issue like Ringworm but it just wont go after 10 months and various treatments

imageimageStarted in September 2019 on right hand. One ring then spread across that hand it itches

In January 2020 I tried two different over the counter creams. Nothing worked it spread to other hand as well and got worse.

Went to Doctor in March and he did a skin scrape it was tested and came back fungal.

Had a months worth of 50mg anibotics didnt do a thing.

Then had a tube of Trimovate twice a day application for a week ever so slight improvement but got worse following day.

Had a months worth of a different 50mg antbotic no improvement. In final 10 days added Tromovate as well no improvement in anything it's spreading again.

I have had this 10 months now and and been treating it for 7 months what is it what can I do?
