Skin lesion? Not sure

Would this be consider a skin lesion or something else

    this is a day later. there was alot of built up liquid in it. is this just a scab image

    This may be a simple skin infection so just keep it clean and dont pick at it. Leave it uncovered as well. If it doesnt heal within 10 days or gets bigger and very itchy then see your doctor or dermatologist

      is it normal for a yellow crust color to be around it?

      Its difficult to say whats normal as we dont know what it is. Yellow crust usually means the lesion is trying to heal by washing out the irritation. I can only repeat...see your doctor or dermatologist if it doesnt heal within 10 days to 2 weeks.
