can someone please tell me what these flesh lumps
are near the base of my penis and scrotum. i am sexually active and it seems one of the lumpshas popped or something. please leave any info if you can.

the one on the shaft is likely to be the primary lesion (the other on the thigh is prob self implantation. could be syphilis or chancroid. so you have swollen and painful inguinal lymph nodes?
no worries 😃 in both cases a cycle of atb or single shot should be enough but go to see a derm, the sooner the better 😃
