Skin mole?

I've had this thing on the back of my shoulder since I can remember, is it concerning? it's about 1 cm width.

Nothing concerning bu it might get serious over time, look an watch out and analyse the next few weeks.

I don't think there is anything specifically wrong with this mole since, according to what you say, it is from birth and especially if it never changed color, shape, or size.
In any case, it is always good to have a check-up at the dermatologist every year to make sure that nothing has changed, after all, spots on the skin always deserve a little observation.
