Skin Parasite

I have a skin parasite. I need help! someone please tell me what's eating me up. My doctor keeps giving me ivermectin and the lotion that is given to people with scabies but it doesn't work. I'm gonna try to attach pics. These things are in my clothes, in my bed covers, even in wood and metal in my house. I am losing it! Someone please tell me you know what's wrong with me and how I can stop it. This had been going on for almost 2 years now. There are black and white fibers running through my skin and some type of insect. I have a microscope attached to my computer and I take pics of this stuff with it. I can see them move. I'm infested. I need someone's help FAST! THANKS YALL!
