Skin pieces coming out of my vaginal opening

Hi, I have these skin pieces (flaps?) coming out of my vaginal opening that look very strange to me. I have probably had them for about a year, but I am not certain. My doctor has never said anything about them. I do not feel much sensation in the skin pieces (no burning, stinging, etc.) Does anyone know what they are? I am a 26 year old F; never had children; not on birth control. I really don't think they are an STD.
