Skin problems after contact with lithium ion battery

Hi.....around 3 months ago i accidentally punctured a lion battery, it started to smoke which filled the confined area that i was in. I had no immediate reaction, so thought all was ok, however a few days later my chest started to feel a little sore and then it just escalated.

The rash seems to present it's self when i get hot and then goes away or feels better when i cool down. Doctors of which i have now seen 3 including a specialist, have said thats it's urticaria and that's it's probably down to the stress of my son being ill.

However the antihistamines that i've been prescribed don't work, which makes me think it might be dermatitis. At the moment even exposure to a small amount of sunlight causes my skin to become sore.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be down to, because it's not going away.
