Skin rash

I've had a skin rash coming and going for six months starting on my arm mostly my left and now its got far more aggressive . I've been to 3 different doctors with one saying scabies that was wrong. another saying an reaction to something. ive done a allergy test and found nothing. now another doctor took a biopsy but i have to wait 4 weeks and now its gone to my legs whole body and even forehead. can i ask if anybody has suffered similar please. TIA
