Skin rash

Hi all. so about 2 weeks ago i shaved between my testicle and thigh on both sides as I noticed I had a little bit of trichomycosis axillaris (I have good hygiene and shower every night but unfortunately I work in construction so I'm constantly sweaty and hot in the groin area). Well my idiot self didn't THINK about the fact that that is a VERY high friction area and I am constantly walking all day so that area never gets any rest. the rash got bad within a few days then started spreading in a couple small spots on my lower waist line and on my pens so I decided to start using hydrocortisone and neosporin. After a couple of days of use and getting lucky at work to be in air conditioning, the rash started getting better and actually went away on one side. but after a couple of days now of getting hot and sweaty all day, it's back just as bad as before. I am applying these creams 2 a day. From googling images of rashes it seems to look like intertrigo that has gotten infected? I'm very eager to see what others think! Thank you in advance! I tried to attach a couple of pictures but it says the file is too big. Someone tell me what to do lol, I think pictures will help a lot.
