i woke up with this yesterday morning when i first woke up it was a but itchy but that's it. i dose not burn or itch
the top picture is from yesterday morning the middle one is from last night and the bottom one is for a few minutes ago
Can someone please let me know what they think this is i would every much appreciate it thanks

They look like cold sores. Herpes Simplex.Ask at your chemist/pharmacy for some medication to treat. There are lots available. Dont pick at them. They can be highly infectious so no kissing, oral sex or close contact with others until they have gone.

i looked up some of the symptoms on cold sores and i don't have any of them could it be something else ? I've looked up some images too and they look a lot bigger

Early stages of infection. It gets worse over time. See your doctor.
