Skin rash for more than 15 days

I have this type of rash for more than 15 days on my groin- inner thigh area. I used sertaconazole and eberconazole cream and iberconazole tablet also. my left groin had same rash which gone. but my right thigh area its not going, its sometimes less inflammation and sometimes more. image

after one area has it later it gets dry, after inflammation gone the area becomes dark coloured. I am male and on my early 30 and i did not have sex with anyone.
