Skin Rash on face with other symptoms

Hi everyone. I'm a 30 year old male and have been having a number of bizarre symptoms the most recent of which is a bit of a rash on my face. (photo attached) and today I noticed a weird spot on my thigh. (attached)

Does anyone recognise what that looks like or what could be causing it?

Other symptoms I have are generalised lympadenopathy (groin, armpit, neck), fatigue, loss of appetite, slightly enlarged spleen and other non-specific symptoms.

I am also experiencing difficulty urinating and for that I have a consult with a urologist in 3 weeks.

    Your body is trying to fight some sort of infection but what exactly it is will need more tests. Difficulty passing urine as well may mean a bladder or kidney infection/ disorder. Make sure you keep that appointment with the urologist.If you find you cannot pass urine at all go straight to A/E. Thats an emergency.

    You need to be happy with your body and also look after your health. Take your vitamins and say your prayers. We all have health issues that we face. Its best to deal with them one by one.
