Skin Rash related to HIV?
Posted , 3 users are following.
Hi all, so my skin has been quite sensitive more than usual lately. getting random skin bumps (keratosis pilaris? look like?) on my chest, back, arms and thighs. a little bit of sore throat and joint pains (more to discomfort, not exactly very painful). I do not have a fever.
my recent exposure was 10 weeks and 5 days ago, protected oral and vaginal intercourse with a commercial worker. no kissing or anything. and then unprotected oral sex with another commercial worker 2 weeks ago.
i took a 4th generation Alere HIV Combo test which tests both antibodies and the p24 at exactly 15 days after my last exposure which was the unprotected oral sex and the results were negative.
I am wondering if the test is conclusive? and also I should not be worried since the results are negative? and my skin condition is it related to anything? please help
