Skin rash underneath left armpit, bumps, lumps, and blisters appearing 5 days later? What can it be?

What could be happening to me? it started off with a round irritated circle with skin missing underneath my left armpit. I assumed it was from irritation from a new dress and from exposure to sun on my vacation.

The past few days the area has been getting worse even though I've been using aloe gel and healing ointment. I don't know where the new bumps or blisters are coming from because they appeared today 5 days later. ? It's only happening underneath my left armpit.

  • I fainted 2 days ago but I didn't think it was related, I was sitting and stood up too quickly and got dizzy -

The original wound is the circle in the middle what would be causing it to spread?

    It may be bullous impetigo which is a staph infection. Keep it clean and dont burst those blisters.It often clears up on its own in a few weeks but if it is spreading and intolerable then do see a doctor for advice. If you shave under your arms then ditch the razor you have been using. Only use better quality razors. The cheap ones should be avoided. You may have nicked the skin and the infection entered there. Dont shave while you have these sores. Dont use anything on the sores, leave them to heal and dry on their own.
