Skin rash? What is this?

So, it just came out of the blue. It's just like flat, light pinkish circles that vary in size. Started yesterday with just a few on my thighs. Now, it has spread but still on my thighs. I noticed it's also on my arms and lower back. A few on my stomach. It doesn't itch anywhere except for my lower back. And, my neck has been itchy this morning but I don't have the rash there. Anyone know what this is or what could cause it? Thank you!

    So sorry, let me rephrase. Not "circles" but like spots. Thanks for any help.

    Im not a doctor but this sounds like something ive had to deal with before. There was no real cause for mine and it dried up in 4 weeks and went away. My doctor said you sometimes get it from gyms and public bathrooms and stuff. However, they are different reasons for this rash and yours might be different from what i had. Google "psoriasisrash" and see if it looks like that.
