Skin redness, help needed

Hey everyone. I'll make it short.

I got a new tattoo exactly seven days ago, my sixth one to be precise. For the first time in every healing process I've been through I've started noticing a redness around the tattooed part. After two days it i noticed a few white pimples on some black lines and after leaving them alone they went away by the following day. Now its been four days and although I think it has improved a little bit it still is fairly red. I've been cutting down the cream usage a lot even though I read somewhere that bepanthen could've helped it, but I did not want to risk it since I thought it needed to breathe. Do you think I should be applying something on it?

P. S. I got another tattoo the same day on my other arm and it is totally fine, no redness. Dry skin and ink because of the regular healing process. image

    I am not a doctor so this is just an opinion from someone who just had a problem following a skin biopsy....I think you may have an infection and need antibiotics. Go see your doctor.
