Skin tag or HPV? (please read full details)

Basically, my ass started to itch about 2 years back and when I looked, I noticed that I had hemorrhoids, which I am assuming is the cause of the itch. I also noticed, these skin tag looking anomalies at the same time (top of the anus). I did not see a doctor.

Fast forward 2 years, I am wanting to rule out HPV. These "skin tag" looking things have NOT migrated, multiplied increased in size, or hurt upon touch. They have remained the same. My anus as a whole, seems to itch often enough.

I have NOT been sexually active down there whatsoever.

What you think squad? Am I merely tagged or infected lol.
