Skin tag removed with bm?

after botox injection ı am quite good with fussure semyptoms but i think one of my skin tag removed with bm? and there is a open little scar ?i add the picimage

    I've read that skin tags can be removed when they do the botox. Out of interest, I'm waiting for botox , did you have any side effects?
