Skin tags from chronic fissures

I've had chronic fissures for probably 6 years now. I'm young(20,F), and I ignored them for the longest time out of embarrassment. I notice now that I have 2 anal skin tags, and looking into it, I'm positive they're related to fissures I have... which I actually thought were hemorrhoids for the longest time. But seeing as I have skin tags, which I believe have grown from the inside out, I likely have fissures.

My question is.... where do I go to have this looked at? The hospital? I'm on state medical, and it provides really poor services and my clinic has left me to continue suffering other problems after different visits and I wonder if they'll even do anything about this.

Also, is this expensive? To have treated.

Not as much now, but yes. I have had a lot of blood with a lot of past bowel movements. It hasn't been as bad within the last month or so

How is ur pain? How many fissures do u have? And u bleed after every bowel movement or once in a while?

It used to be about every movement or every other. Now it's once in awhile, though it is a bit more painful/uncomfortable than it used to be. I usually didnt feel much, even if there was blood. I always have soreness now, though.

By once in a while, can u tell me abit specific? Well, sorry for asking, since ur fissure is quite similar to mine.. My pain is persist now and the bleeding seems on and off but mostly on more than off. I'm really worried about anal cancer or colon cancer... I'm worried that it isnt just a fissure.

Sounds like a skin tag from when a clot forms and becomes stuck. "Strangulated" try using miralax. Also the zinc diaper cream for babys helps heal. And apply coconut oil before a movement internally and externally if you can.
