Skin tears under he foreskin and burns during sex

I've had this for a few months, the skin under my foreskin below the head is kinda tender, everytime i have sex or masturbate, it tears and starts burning. i visited an urologist and was given an antibiotic cream which did not help. if left alone for a few days, it heals but the skin around is still tender and feels like it'll tear even with a slight pressure applied, any idea what this could be?

Hi you should go back if it is not improving and perhaps a visit to a dermatologist. It could be lichen sclerosus do you have any pale discoloration in other areas on the glans or foreskin?

Yas you will need to go back to the urologist and perhaps a dermatologist. if it is lichen sclerosus the red spot will scar over and the discoloration will slowly spread.

Hi yes I would take what you have been prescribed by the doctor and see if it improves. If it doesn't improve then go back to them.
