skin unfusing - how to keep it unfused?

Hello all -- I've been using testosterone/estrogen topically and found it helping for unfusing skin with the labia and clitoral region. However, when it unfuses, it looks kind of like an open wound, very tender to touch - and seems to quickly 'heal back' over and fuse again. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations on what to put on this unfused/tender skin to keep it from healing back over/fusing back? Thank you!

I just had a biopsy today and doctor checked me with a colposcope on outside for any lesions. I don’t have white patches and although 2 other doctors thought I have LS, this doctor said it’s very atypical for LS. I do have changes in architecture  he thinks it’s inflammation but we’ll see what the pathology report says. I’m using a mild cortisone ointment and aquaphor for barrier

He did also tell me to use baby oil - to massage in well to keep things from fusing   U can put some on a cotton ball and dab in the area. Worth a try
