SLE with inflammation of the pericardium, chlamydia pneumoniae and allergy to antibiotics

One of my family members (woman, 34 years old) have diagnosed SLE with inflammation of the pericardium, chlamydia pneumoniae and possibly SIBO (they were not able to determine whether it is the case or not, because allergy reaction to the fluid could do too much harm). The problem is, that she cannot treat any of these issues with antibiotics since she has strong allergy reactions to antibiotics. We tried all sorts of natural treatments however without any success due to allergic reactions. Currently, she is unable to eat any food which has anything to do with immune system (not even able to drink any kind of tea or eat any food beyond very simple ones). We tried a lot of the experts in our country without success and we are slowly running out of options. Any ideas where to turn or how to proceed ? (we're location in the central Europe, so if you know some experts around, please don't hesitate to provide reference)
