I used to take high doses of Tramadol up to 600mg somedays, but normal dose 200 - 300mg per day. Doses 100mg - 150mg morn and again at night.  I learnt that the Tramadol can make the muscles very tense and tight.  I wasnt getting any relief from pain either.  So I reduced gradually the doseage.  I found that I MUST still take 50mg in the morn and 50mg at night to keep the neck into the head junction settled.  If I don't take the doseage I'm in HUGE DIRE Straights.!

I have had to reduce the Ibuprophen intake as I get so ILL..  my immune system takes a huge and regular belting!  And also its not good stuff for our system I have learnt.  Being a major cause of heart attacks and strokes.  Grrrrr

So I only take when desperate...and it takes the edge off my headaches/migrains..

I don't get relief from Co codamol..

      Can't take Amitriptyline either.

My specialist doctor told me there is NO known cure or known PAINKILLER to kill pain long term.  There is ACTUAL MORPHINE but Naturally folk CANNOT live on Morphine long term.. As we get immune to the painkiller and have to up the dosage and of course Morphine slows down the heart rate, then a person basically drowns in their own fluid because the lungs build up the fluid.

AND also other heavy duty chemicals, short or long term 'side effects'... that can be devastating on the body.

As for the Weed....YES, it does WORK, I know so.  It must be natural and good quality.  It is an amazing sleeping aid, and it kills the pain.  I used it twice.  No pain for hours, woke with NO pain.

If it weren't for the fact that it is illegal, I would be using it for sleep and pain at night time.

Some times the system picks up on certain phrases and word content..  Did you use the name of a plant?  or a link to something?  No worries..  normally it's nothing serious and your post will be posted up...in a day or week.   :-)

I have had many of mine moderated to yet I haven't said anything untoward or outside of the rules.

Hi Kelly - I have been on Ambien nightly for about 7 years. At the same time that I was diagnosed I was also diagnosed with a bad case of plmd. I think sleep is a big component. I would love to use weed and I think it would help, but even medical is illegal in PA. Could the sore breasts be related to your cycle. I find that the majority of my pain is in my neck and shoulders. I'm not sure what the amtripylinr or co-codamol is, but a friend of my husband's (guy) was just diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease from fibro meds so be careful
