sleep

My husband is 71 and is feeling exhausted all the time. He falls asleep in front of the telly at night and in the morning after breakfast again he falls asleep.

He has sleep apnea and where's a mask at night which is working very well.

He's not interested in doing anything and its driving me crazy. I feel so alone. Any suggestions?

Marion.....you have posted this in the knee forum

. He should go see his doctor. If he is not interested in doing anything that shouldn't stop you. My husband and I are 77 and 75. I took 2 vacations without him and went with friends as he doesn't like long flights over 5 hours. Go out with friends and develop new hobbies.

I don't know why we are getting these people with non-knee problems all of a sudden. Software screw ups?

Anyway, Marion, I would suggest you try Patient/Community but not the Knee Problems area.

Sounds like you husband needs a complete medical checkup. There are a myriad of problems that could be causing him a lack of energy.

Any advice you get from a forum would be a lot of amateur guessing and probably no help at all.

Tell him to get checked out, get the facts and go from there.

    Hope this helps.
