Sleep anxiety self help books

i have read some previous posts but can’t just find the reference now about good self help books.  Does anyone have any recommendations especially cbt

    End the Insomnia Struggle by Ehrnstrom is pretty good.  It contains all the modern approaches to insomnia, including how to address anxiety. If I could tell you anything about my own struggle with anxiety-related insomnia it would be:

    1. Cool down the anxiety:  meditation and medication are the approaches that worked for me

    2. Go to bed later and get up at the same time every day. Get back on a schedule

    3. Get some exercise every day, 20 minutes or so.  It doesn't have to be too strenuous, just break a sweat.
