Poopy, are u over weight.? If CPAP not for u then, the only way that might help is losing weight. I am writing this msg at about 5 am after getting up at 3 am . I suddenly got up from my sleep and cannot get back to sleep. I have apnea too and have been waiting for a cpap machine to try from the hospital but it's taking ages to get response from them. I know it is so frustrating and tiring. Cheers

It is good to hear of others problems are like mine. I had a few problems snoring but not one of tiredeness. I cat nap when I want to which I have always done, on trains and planes etc. I wanted a mandibular device so I did not disturb my family, but got a night in hospital. Then a CPAP machine which is horrible. I am not sleepy during the day, perhaps a little after lunch, but now am threatened with losing my driving licence. What the hell is going on. The CPAP machine certainly does not help. I am better without it. Does anyone know what data it transmits or stores. It is a resmed device and is horribly invasive and uncomfortable. The doctor said it will solve all the problems, which is rubbish. They cost £800. This is a dystopian pseudo science nightmare. What is a nasal pillow?
