Sleep apnea linked to ton of problems

So for awhile now I've been doing a lot of research and couldn't really figure out what's going on till I came across one topic. Sleep deprivation and sleep apnea. For the last 6 years I was having small panic attacks here and there. Till one day I took 7 in a hospital. Which later led me to a weeks worth of anti depressents! Which thank gosh I got off them in time . But wait ! So I have severe sleep apnea which is sleep deprivation. Which as I have read and heard that this is a huge factor in anxiety and many other symptoms. Which also can play a factor in negative thoughts and why they won't go away. So I have had severe sleep apnea for 4 years or more and was miss diagnosing my self with lots. If I would of only known this from day one !

Hi I also have severe sleep apnea and have been using Cpap for almost 3 years. I have also done quite a bit of research and am amazed at the problems it can cause.

Yeah! And I've prob had it for about 4 or 5 years without a machine so eventually my brain started giving me panic attacks which only got worst and also I have high blood pressure and very high glutamate. No wonders my brain is giving me these horrible thoughts in my head. Also I'm always yawning all day and my body has these points where I go from feeling good to blah
