I am sick of being tired and exhausted n not being able to think right. I don't have a machine yet , they arent cheap. Its hard to explain all this to my mum. I am going away to see my family soon. I think if my mum came along with me, to a shop that sells sleep machaine stuff. Hopefully they can explain it too here.

Yes, a sleep apnea mask can help greatly. My cousins uses it. He would fall asleep all the time during the day. Then, he finally was able to get the sleep apnea mask and now he doesn't fall asleep during the day anymore because he has a restful night's sleep.
