Hello Chinadoll, so sorry you are going through this. I can't even imagine what it feels like to not sleep to that extent. I don't sleep well, but not your level. I would suggest seeing a sleep expert if you haven't already. Maybe try herbals. I hope you feel better and get the rest you deserve.

Are you on any antidepressants? Have you tried mirtazapine which is a antidepressant but gives you a good night's sleep, it puts you asleep within 30 mins of taking it. Xx

Hey girl, so sorry to hear you are going through such a rough time sad esp that sleep is cruical! For me more than anything sleep has helped as your brain and body needs a break and recovery. I would change the dr if I was you! Why won't he give you any medication? What's his explanation? If you have a chance for trying out acupuncture, give it a go.

    Hi Chinadoll,

So sorry to hear what you are going thru. My heart goes out to you. I know how you feel, because I went thru a bad period myself, where I didn't sleep for a whole week. My doctor started me on doxepin and that helped me alot. Hope you are doing better by now. Best wishes!!
