Sleep issues

I am exhausted from not sleeping well. two sleep studies showed nothing but lots of snoring
I wake up ever couple of hours. uggg does any one else do this and how do you live with it. .

sorry youre going through that! 😦 not sleeping drains the life from your waking days. sounds like sleep apnea... which is very treatable. did they not diagnose this during you sleep study?

No they said I did not have sleep apena. I only slept 3 hours each time so how they got a good study is beyond me. I snore bad I record myself on Snorelab an app that records you at night. It is really a lot of snoring or so I think that should mean something. I am a light sleeper so I really think my snoring keeps me waking up. I don't know why they cant give me one of those machines just to see if it works. The doctors are killing me. Tell me it is depression I am not depressed I know depression. Tell me I have anxiety duh of course I am anxious and irritable from not sleeping well. About a week ago I crashed for six hours I woke up and cleaned house worked in the yard went shopping without thinking. I would give anything for another night like that. Oh and they wont give me sleeping medicine because I might die from my snoring I guess (doctor told me I have fat neck) lol. I think the thing that bothers me the most is I want to sleep I welcome the sleep and I do fall asleep fast but I am looking at the clock every two hours...I would appreciate any feed back while I am longing for another night of sleep...my doc does not know what to do lol

All night for how long? I get so irritated without sleep. My family would of probably committed me if I did not sleep at all.... You have to be sleeping some right. What does you dr do for you You are in my prayers...nothing worse than not sleeping well.

oh i wake every 20-60 minutes. get about 4 hours on average of very very light sleep. are you up for a long time in btwn wake ups. maybe increase exercise if you havent already. how long do you spend in bed? sleep restriction may help condense your sleep
