Sleep Problem

I have really hard time falling asleep. My mind simply does not go to sleep no matter how tired I am. Somedays I go without a single drop of sleep, else I will asleep at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM in the morning.
There isn't a single thing that I have not tried.I have tried Breathing Excercise, Yoga, 30 Minutes Walk and nothing has paid off.
The GP I visited prescribed me Chlorpromazine. This medication literally has no effect on me.
The doctor tried Mizaphine, Quintapine, and Chlorpromazine, they all seem to work at the beginning and later their effect just fade away. None of the medication actually makes me feel drowsy though.
Any help would be appreciated. Having a really hard time with this problem

Have you tried melatonin supplements? Works wonders for some people, apparently.
Have you considered that it might not be you, but your sleep environment? Having had severe sleep problems myself, in my experience just a few things are needed for a good sleep.
1. Nice enviroment. Clean room, bedsheets and pillow cases regularly washed, and floor regularly vacuumed. (Once a week. No excuses.)
2. Not too hot, not too cold. Check the forecast if you need to before you sleep. The weather of the world is becoming more erratic nowadays. From many, many sleep studies, temperatures below 54ºF and above 75ºF have been shown to be disruptive to your sleep. And apparently the "ideal" temp is 65F, but in my experience as a skinnier "colder" guy, I prefer it a few degrees warmer.
3. Comfortable mattress and bed base. (If you don't feel that you mattress is comfortable, consider both harder and softer as means to a better sleep. Softer can be cheaper as you can simply buy a mattress topper. Alternatively consider buying a new mattress.
Ifr you are already doing all these, consider the wisdom of also living a healthy daily life. A healthy life is about two things: avoiding/minimising the bad, allowing / increasing the good.
Bad: excessive computer use. Drugs / alcohol / p0rn / eating junk food every day
Good: deep gentle breathing, regular and consistent yoga/tai chi, regular and consistent mindfulness/ meditation, spending time with friends and family, eating plenty of vegetables and well-cooked meat (with friends and family!)
You know yourself best and maybe some other thing may work better for you. What you want to do is create a condition where you are "nicely" exhausted, and where your mind is relaxed.
goodluck

How are your stress levels? Do you have anything on your mind? I usually only get insomnia when there's something bothering me.
