I take my meds at 830 most days. finding i'm very fuzzy and tired about 1 hour later.
can anyone advise on how to gain some better sleep, incidently i try to unwind 2 hrs before bed, and have a routine which i stick to , no caffeine , alcohol I dont smoke ..so this shouldnt be hindering me

I've had a prescription for this for 2 months now and I'm trying to work up the courage to take it. Mainly because of the sleep issues I know it can cause some people, sure I know we all react differently. But as it is I only get 2-3hrs sleep a night as it is, and I cant cope with getting any less!
I hope this settles down for you

Trouble falling asleep and then when I did sleep waking up ever hour or so! It really started getting to me having to cope with emotions that were all over the place and tired as well wasn't good! I remember crying at work because all I wanted to do was have a good nights sleep!
I talked to my dr about it and she suggested I try promethazine hydrochloride (phenergan), which is actually an tablet to stop hay fever, and travel sickness... The reason she gave me this is because it's not addictive. I just used it for a week or so to reset my sleep pattern and get back into that routine.
Worked a treat for me! And I felt so much better for a good sleep, helped everything else fall into place too.
Good luck!
Kate
