Sleeping disorders.

For sleeping disorders I have been using Elesert 100 & Clonazepam for the past 4 months. How long I can use these medicines? Is these harmful if taken for a long time? kindly clarify.

    even though I do not know how long you can take safely.. but  i do know people who have been taking them for more than year.. because of getting into habit of it and being dependent on it for sleep.

    best would be to talk to doctor.. may be change of medicine after sometime helps..

    in mean time.. learn relaxation techniques .. some yoga/meditation..

    green veg.. proper diet..
