Hi does anyone else like to sleep on their front? im now 7 weeks and sleeping on my sides but woke up on my front like I used to. Was worried the turning over might be a problem but was fine. Thinking of having a massage but wondering if I'll be ok getting on and off the table.

I am currently 12 weeks post op and was laying on my front after 6 weeks and absolutley fine. Got the all clear from my consultant after 6 weeks and his words were try to start getting back to some normaility.......
I did after 3 weeks start sleeping on my side with pillow between my legs following advice from my physio and all was ok.

I am 12 weeks post op and began sleeping on my front for the last 2-3 weeks it took a while to feel comfortable and confident to do it. I am still a little cautious of turning and cant still do it on my operated side. Am sure you will be fine enjoy your massage!

I felt fine as long as I didn't move, just wasn't sure how i had got there, and how I was going to then get out of the position I was in, VERY VERY CAREFULLY. I do assure you.
