i cannot sleep laying straight on my back, it’s impossible. i’ve tried and i just can’t. i’ve been sleeping on my side with my leg turned on the side too. it’s still up and elevated, my toes are just facing the wall instead of straight up in the air. is this ok? i don’t want to do anything to prevent healing and i was just worried. thanks i’m advance xx

Hi. I hear you. It's quite alright. The cast keeps everything together, that's what it's on for. I used to sleep on my side with my knee bent and my leg on a pillow. I was fearful too and was blowing up everything out of proportion.  Don't worry and just know it's for a short time only.

horrible isn't it? for me cast was comfortable when i as half seated but i couldn't sleep that way..couldn't sleep on side either..but after a few days, you'll find a position to get some sleep and in a few more weeks, you'll finally find it all easier...honest!!!
