Sam are you seeing a therapist for support? Anxiety, depression etc. is very difficult to manage on your own. otherwise we end up on a roller coaster of ups and downs and never really make any progress. I know how it feels, believe me! I talk to somebody virtually at home and it does help a lot. I actually look forward to it.

have you had a complete physical check up recently? That’s a good place to start if you havent.

I learned that life is full of ups and downs and it’s not so much that but it’s how we respond to it. What we do about it is what’s important. We have to be fighters for ourselves and not just give up. You have a whole life ahead of you and you will be glad later and that you fought for yourself. Be Relentless! Get some help.

Never give up! there are some great motivational talks about never giving up on YouTube and they really moved me to fight for myself. Check them out!

hi jan, thank you for responding, i just felt i"d hit rock bottom last night/yesterday. i had the sense to ring someone who deals with mental health though and they gave me a charity number to try, they are ringing me back on Monday. i have had the chance to speak to a friend too, which made a huge difference. i will be ok, i have no option but i know i have support out there now....😁😪

great! Keep talking with your friend and look forward to the call on Monday! Yes you are going to be OK. We all have a lot to be grateful for even though we have some days that are not so good.❤

thank you so much! i reached out because it's a long time since i felt so bad.... i hate March, my dad died just after his birthday which would have been in a week! can i not throw March out and rename it? i will speak to people tomorrow, but feel much less wobbly now!

I would like to throw out March also. My dad‘s birthday was March 13 and he had a massive stroke on March 25 which left him terribly incapacitated for almost 10 years until he passed away. So yes, let’s get rid of March! ❤
