Slight abdominal pain threw out day! Goes away when I’m lying down

I have slight abdominal pain the last 2 days! It isn’t bad I can do regular activities but it is annoying and makes me feel off! I’m traveling in 5 days and I think it might be due to stress! Because I traveled last month and I got constipated right before I left that I think was due to stress as well! It’s very odd and I wish I knew what to do! I’m extremely gassy and I think it might be constipation although I have gone everyday! But just doesn’t feel right

    Hello:

    Use ground flax seed at each meal two soup spoons and also take Castor oil at bedtime, again two soup spoons.

    It works!
