Slight blurry and double vision in one eye, dry eyes?

Hi, had trabs 3 years ago and a couple of needling oops since to help keep pressure down, recently noticed over the last few months that if I cover my right eye then my vision in my left has slight blurred and double vision in that eye only and slightly worse as the day goes on, at first I could blink once or twice and it would clear up but lately it is staying as slightly blurred and double vision, wondering if the constant dry eyes has took its toll on my lenses as that eye suffers badly with dry eyes because of my large blebs, have tried strong lubricanting drops for dry eyes but has not helped, hoping a new glasses prescription will help. I Have tried looking through a pin hole on a business card and this clears up my vision so guessing it is a lens/focusing issue rather than optic nerve, anyone else with dry or trabs had this problem or similar?

Have you ever tried punctal plugs for your dry eyes? The plugs are typically placed in 2 out of 4 of your puncta to keep moisture from draining and evaporating as quickly. Also usually if you are able to look through a pinhole and your vision becomes clearer then that would mean you can obtain that clearness of vision with correction. Your correction may need to include prism for the double vision. Hope this helps.
